HOW LONG WILL MY 2 IN 1 PRAM NEST ORDER TAKE?

Everything you find on our website now is pre-made and ready-sewn – when you buy one, it will be shipped out immediately!
 
If you are after a fabric sensitive Liner, and have contacted us via the online form, then the order will take approx 2 weeks to sew, to ensure its soft, quality and snuggly enough for your little one.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRAM NEST LAST MY CHILD?

The 2 in 1 Pram Nest is one size. It has been designed for ages Newborn in a bassinet attachment of the pram, and then 3 months 'til 4+ years in the pram setting, and then it can become a snuggle sack to use in the home, giving you up to 5 years use! The Pram Nest has been specially designed to easily extend as the child grows. However, every child has a different growth rate so it could fall either side of this age range.

WILL THE 2 N' 1 PRAM SACK FIT MY PRAM?

The Universal Pram Sack has been designed to fit any pram! We are yet to come across a pram where it doesn't fit, but if it doesn’t fit, simply contact us with a photo and we will fully refund you or design a pram sack especially for your pram! That's a 100% guarantee  (please see our refund policies to get the full refund).

HOW DOES THE PRAM NEST WORK?

The Pram Nest has been sewn with an array of reinforced harness holes in the back panel. This is where you feed the pram's harness straps from the back of the Pram Nest and through the holes. Then safely harness your child as normal.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRAM NESTS MADE OUT OF?

The Fantail's Nest NZ 2 in 1 Pram Nests are made out of completely natural fibres. We use NZ made wool and cotton as our main components – but you can check out Our Components page for a full list of everything our Pram Nests are made up of.

HOW DOES THE PRAM NEST TURN INTO A PRAM LINER?

Upon receiving your Pram Nest there will be easy-to-follow instructions on how to flip your Pram Nest into a Pram Liner!

WHAT IF MY CHILD'S SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO WOOL?

At Fantail's Nest NZ we take pride in showcasing NZ-made wool within our products. Yet we totally understand that some of us have sensitive skin to wool. That's ok, because we have it sorted with the option to change the Pram Nest inner from wool to our 'Cotton' inner. The wool is on the exterior of the Pram Nest and doesn't touch the child's skin. 
For our children's Hi-Low Vests, they are lined with cotton/linen and the exterior is wool. This keeps the inside soft against their skin, but still having the warmth from the exterior wool. Perfect to keep them warm on their big adventures!

DO YOU OFFER A VEGAN OPTION?

Our wool products are ethically-sourced from NZ sheep, however we are able to custom make a Pram Nest for you that is not wool-based. Please get in touch with Rosie to discuss your options on this.

We can make a 100% cotton Nest that will still provide warmth and comfort :)

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURNS POLICY?

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 2 weeks after delivery
 
REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
LATE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fantailsnest@outlook.co.nz.
 
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
EXCHANGES 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fantailsnest@outlook.co.nz
 
GIFTS
Choose an item for a gift is exciting and thank you for choosing a Fantail's Nest NZ item! Yet, we also understand that you can't guarantee they don't have that item already or if they like the print! That's why of gifted items we are happy to extend our return policy to 4 weeks - as long as it meets the return policy written above. There item can be changed to a different print or size, and if necessary, store credit can be offered. When choosing an item and unsure we also offer Gift Vouchers.
 
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
When shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
